To the family,
Frank is truly going to be missed, I feel honored to have known him for the time that I did. Frank was just one of those people that you could conversate with him about anything. My condolences to Frank's family. I met Frank when he was on the local Fire Dept and have shared many happy/sad times with him. I also used to work at the Marine Base and had occasion to visit him where he worked. He always lead by example and his presence will be missed. Frank has gold stars in heaven because he was a firefighter and saved lives.
