Bill was a very helpful guy from the Cheasapeake Bay area as we are. He was a very effective PSLAC President with innovative ideas. We will miss him very much.

I had the opportunity to meet and work with William "Bill" on SLC-Artifical Reef Program and in the past as co-host of Fish Stories on WSTU. It was a real pleasure working and communicating with him.
