I worked with Ellen at UT-on the postpartum floor. I was in the N.P. program when Ellen was working as an RN. She was eager to find out about the N.P. program-and excelled in everything. Her patients and co-workers truly loved being around her! She was and will continue to be a truly bright light in the world!

So sorry to hear about the loss of Ellen. I was a patient of hers at Lisa Ross. She was a compationate caregiver, and I know she will be missed by many including me. I just learned from the obituary that she was from McMinn County where I also grew up. My condolences to her family.

Thoughts and Prayers are with Ellen's entire family! I was one of Ellen's clinical instructors at UTK. She was a wonderful student full of wisdom and compassion! May you all remember fond memories as do I!

I realize that Gay is not kin to Ellen but she and Connie are close friends. To all of you I wish you peace. It's unbelievably sad and people really don't know what to say. I didn't know Ellen but she is a beautiful young woman and evidently a wonderful one.
