Leo, Marguerite and Family: May God Bless you at this time of loss! Have comfort in that your father is now in Heaven!! I always enjoyed talking with your dad especially when he would visit St. Edward's Church. The Olberts family is among the first families that have attended St.Edward's. As you know the wooden cabinet in the Sacristy that hold's the priest's vestments has the names of your great grandparents and grandfather engraved there. Your father was a great man. May he rest in the Peace of Christ!!! Reg Rogers Catholic High '77

Mrs. Olberts and family, I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Olberts' passing. He was one of the "rocks" of Holy Souls. He always stopped me after Mass to see how I was doing...ever the gentleman, and I am sure ever the loving husband, dad, grandpa and great-grandpa....I know your faith and each other will help you through this time. Kane, Grace and I will remember you all in prayer.

I was out of town when I learned Leo's passing and was not able to attend a service. Leo was a good man. I came to know him through a working relationship when I became a part of Ramsey Olberts Krug and Farrell insurance firm. Although Leo moved on after a while, it was my pleasure to have worked with him and come to know him as a man of integrity, honesty and faith. My prayers go out to the family as you grieve his loss.

Poppy I love you so much and I will never forget everything you did for for me throughout my life and I can never thank you enough for how much you did for Noelle and I when Ryan was born! I was extremly luck to be blessed with a grandfather as wonderful as you! I will make sure that Ryan knows what a great man you were! I love you always!

We are farmers from Lonoke and when we first starting going to the Cathedral, Leo was the first to welcome us. What an impression he made on us! Whether visiting about the weather or our daughter in med school, Leo's warm and caring demeanor truly graced our hearts. We will miss him, pray for him and for each of you. May God comfort you in the days ahead. Love...the Bransfords

We will miss seeing Mr. Olberts around the neighborhood and at Sunday Mass. Both of you have brightened our days many times over the years. Our happy memories see us through times like these. We will keep Mr. Olberts and the family in our prayers.

Dear Margaret Ann, Sharon, Cathy, Leo, Carol and Patty,
Leo was like another "dad" to us all as we grew up in the wonderful neighborhood of Hillcrest. I will always cherish all the time we spent together as children and all the fun memories of hours and hours of outdoor games...badminton, baseball, even football in your backyard! Leo was a steady and secure presence in our lives...always kind, always welcoming no matter how many thousands of neighborhood kids would show up

Leo was one of the most caring individuals I've ever known. He was a great employer and friend. I started working for Lewis & Norwood back in 1971. He treated each of his employees as extended family. He was such a joyful person. The last time I saw Leo was about five years ago when Nita Haggard and I met him for lunch. I will always remember that.
