FRATT, ANN GIBBS, 55, passed away in Winter Park, FL, August 9, 2012. Ann was born in Glendale, CA to Raymond and Barbara Gibbs and moved to the Central Florida Area in 1983. She and her husband Rick were volunteers for the Winter Park Little League for many years. Memorial Services will be 6:30 PM, Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at the Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Goldenrod Chapel, 7520 Aloma Ave., Winter Park, FL 32792. Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother is survived by her husband, Charles F. "Rick" Fratt; her children, Charles F. Fratt, Jr. and Barbara Fratt; her grandchildren, Aiden and Audrey Stanford and Charles "Charlie" Fratt; her brother, Jeff Gibbs and mother-in-law, Ardis Fratt-Post.
