Catherine L. Uresti, "Momo", age 86, passed away on August 10, 2012. A devout Catholic, Momo lived in the Houston area for most of her life. Momo was preceded in death by her loving husband, Carlos; father, Clifford Lopez; mother, Severina; and brother, Raymond.
She is survived by her two daughters, Anna and Mary; son-in-law, Joe (Anna); four grandchildren and spouses, Anita (Hugo), Marina (Steve), Heidi (Brandon) and Joey (Lorie); eight great-grandchildren, Hugo, Dean, Riley, Alexa, Ethan, Daniella, Ryan and Chloe; three sisters, Dolores, Florence and Lydia; sister-in-law, Guadalupe; and countless additional relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 14th from 5-9 PM with a Rosary at 7 PM at Crespo Funeral Home Broadway Chapel. The Funeral Procession will depart Crespo on Wednesday, August 15th at 9:15 AM for a 10 AM Funeral Mass at Queen of Peace Catholic Church (3011 Telephone Rd.). Momo was an extremely special lady and we hope you will join us in the celebration of her life.
