Chad Fleager
34, of Lowell and formerly of Tempe, AZ, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012. He is survived by his wife Annmarie, one daughter Cadence and two sons, Carter and Mason, at home. Parents Paul and Vicki Fleager, Tempe, AZ. One sister Misty (Raymond) Hambrick, Tempe, AZ. Maternal grandparents, Nels Rieth Sr., Milwaukee, WI, and,Judith Hummer, Picacho Peak, AZ. Paternal grandmother Irene Lotzer, Winterhaven, FL. In-laws, Pete and May Stepanovich, Lowell. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Brothers-in-life, Phil Kowalczyk, Ryan Steele, Sadim Boyd, Kris Knoll, Craig Rafferty, and Albert Latz.Cremation will preceded Visitation, from 3-7concluding with a Memorial Service at 7:00, on Sunday August 19, 2012, at the Sheets Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell, IN, with pastor Charles Hochmuth officiating. Chad was a supervisor for Roadsafe Traffic Systems, Crown Point. www.sheetsfuneral.com
