Jessie Avalos Vega was born, March 4, 1928 in El Paso, Texas and passed away on December 17, 2012 in Los Angeles, CA. My Mom lived in Los Angeles for 70 years. She was married in 1951 to my Father Armando Torres Vega and they were married for 56 years. They have four children, Norma, Donald, Elizabeth and Robert. First and foremost in my Mom's & Dad's life were always her family, they were always number one. My Mom was a hard working Mother, who was brought up with old family values. My early memories of her was that she was always working in the house. She got up every morning made lunch for her children and took us to school and picked us up and made us dinner every night. We had a good childhood with loving memories. I thank God for my Parents, they have always been there for us. I miss you Momma but I know you are in peace now and with Daddy, Donald, Sam, Jesse and your Parents. We all Love you very much.

Your Daughter Norma
