Lillian Joan Giebelhaus, 81, of Lincoln, passed away and joined her husband Wayne, on Saturday, November 24, 2012. She was born on October 15, 1931, in Seward, Ne. to William and Dora (Nolde) Glantz. Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. Lillian loved Hummingbirds and natures beauty. Co-owner of Wayne Giebelhaus Plumbing. Active member of the PHCC Association, Yankee Hill Neighborhood Association and PTA. Helped restore Yankee Hill Cemetery. Life Long Husker Football fan.
Lillian is survived by: Son, Gary (Linda) Giebelhaus of Columbus and Daughter, Pam (Bruce) Hoffman of Lincoln. Granddaughter, Michelle (Scott) Farrell of New York and Grandson, Michael (Kelly) Giebelhaus of Oregon. Grandson, Spencer Hoffman and special friend, Lori Scott of Lincoln and Granddaughter, Stephanie (Aaron) Tredway of Lincoln. Great-grandchildren, Emma, Garrison and Kellan Farrell of New York, Jahla and Zoe Rose Giebelhaus of Oregon. Caden and Paxton Tredway of Lincoln. Special companion, "Little Guy." Sisters, Betty Bartlett and Shirley Ernst. Sisters-in-law, Martha Schleicher, Midge Mulhallen, Charlotte and Betty Giebelhaus. Many nieces and nephews and other family members.
Preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Wayne. Parents, Brothers, Wallace, Addison and Gordon.
