Nancy Ersek, 52 of Holmes, PA died peacefully in her sleep at home on June 24, 2012. Nancy enjoyed country western dancing and making jewelry, she was a Civil War reenactor, and was a frequent patron of Walts Red Rose Cafe in Holmes PA. In previous years, she volunteered for the Holmes Fire Company and the Essington Fire Company. She was the beloved daughter of the late William and Ellen Ersek (nee Knight). Nancy is survived by her sisters Sharon (Wayne) Horn of Aldan, Susan Ersek of Ridley Park, Lauren (William) Pullin of Norwood, Bonnie (Jim) Cleaver of Prospect Park and brother William Ersek. Nancy is also survived by her dear friend Bob Bateman and many nieces and nephews. Nancy's body was donated to the International Institute for the Advancement of Medicine for research, as was her wish. Services are private.
