D. Patricia Harms nee Wulk, of Lincolnshire, passed away August 17, 2012. Wife of the late James Harms and the late Rodney Lewis; devoted mother of Jeff Lewis, Vickie Giotis and Mark (Sharon) Lewis; adoring grandmother of Melissa, Kristina, Rebecca, Michael, David, Brent, Matthew, Christopher and Kyle; proud great grandmother of McKenna and Sophia; step mother of Julie (Michael) Muth and Jill Harms; daughter of the late Vernon and Beatrice Wulk. Longtime member of the Village Presbyterian Church, Past President of the Northbrook Women's Club and PEO. Visitation Tuesday, August 21 from 6-9 PM at N.H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home, 1240 Waukegan Rd. (just south of Lake Ave. on west side), Glenview. Memorial service Wednesday, August 22 at 3 PM at Village Presbyterian Church, 1300 Shermer Rd. (at Cherry Ln.), Northbrook, IL, 60062. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the church or Carroll University, 100 N. East Avenue, Waukesha, WI, 53186.
